You bridge technical architecture and project execution to deliver complex software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and proposals to secure stakeholder approval.
• Establish project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines while managing task assignments.
• Track progress, milestones, and dependencies while proactively identifying and escalating risks or issues.
• Coordinate activities across development, product management, UX, and QA teams in a matrix organization.
• Oversee the creation of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Master's degree in Project Management or a related technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Azure.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching talent within a technology department.
• Experience managing project tasks, schedules, and team performance.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in high-level collaborative environments.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Java, NodeJS, React JS, or Angular.
