Description

You will architect and oversee the development of scalable, component-based front-end systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UI/UX strategy by collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and Marketing.
• Manage and maintain a shared Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
• Lead integration efforts with backend APIs, ensuring clean and performant communication.
• Translate product requirements into technically feasible UI roadmaps and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Drive adoption of Storybook for component documentation and developer collaboration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in system architecture and development oversight.
• Experience building component-based front-end systems using StencilJS and Atomic Design.
• Proficiency in managing project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Experience with TailwindCSS for utility-first UI development.
• Experience with Gridstack.js for dynamic layout development.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 standards for UI accessibility.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communications between design, frontend, and backend teams.
• Experience working within Product, Engineering, Product Owners, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing teams with 3+ years tenure stability.
