Description

You will lead automation delivery and quality strategy for complex projects within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation strategies for large-scale projects using Agile methodologies.
• Design and construct automation frameworks and execute test cases for API web services.
• Lead automation delivery using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with development teams and product stakeholders to align automation with emerging demands and minimize impact from code changes.
• Manage bug identification, verification, reporting, and regression testing.
• Drive the adoption of new industry tools, methods, and standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation leadership.
• Expertise in Selenium, WebDriver, and TestNG.
• Proficiency in designing and executing automation for API web services using REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Java-based automation.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, design, build, and release management.
• Experience with Agile planning, backlog prioritization, and management.
• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to handle data using Excel and deliver professional presentations.
• Direct experience in customer interaction and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Storage domain.
