Description

Manage quality engineering and release processes within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, automated, and performance tests to ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, or Playwright.
• Lead defect resolution and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Drive continuous integration, deployment, and testing capabilities within the release pipeline.
• Create comprehensive test data and test cases for complex system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality and test engineering within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in Java scripting and automation framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or Playwright.
• Extensive knowledge of functional, system integration, regression, GUI, web service, and browser compatibility testing.
• Experience with CI/CD/CT tools including Jenkins, Rally, and Jira.
• Working knowledge of version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or Release Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Credit Card domain.
• Previous experience working with American Express.
