• Utilize social media platforms to source and engage passive candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Proven expertise in interviewing and candidate screening.
• Strong negotiation skills for closing offers.
• Proficiency in professional networking and sourcing.
• Experience using social media for talent acquisition.
