5+ years of proven experience in Tech Recruiting with a track record of delivering quality candidates consistently  

Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement, proactive networking, and building lasting stakeholder relationships  

Demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end recruiting strategy including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process coordination  

Skilled in cost-conscious hiring practices, exploring new sourcing channels, and developing creative approaches to meet hiring needs  

Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as both a team leader and member  

Strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale recruiting workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team  

Experience evaluated across core competencies including leadership roles, volunteer work, and relevant professional experience
