• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically for the European and UK markets.
• Navigate European hiring practices, job portals, and associated compliance requirements.
• Handle stakeholder communication and manage rate structures effectively.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of total recruitment experience.
• Proven experience hiring specifically for Europe and the UK.
• Technical hiring experience in SAP, Java, Cloud, DevOps, and Data.
• Strong understanding of European hiring practices and compliance.
• Proficiency with relevant job portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
