You will manage end-to-end technical staffing across India while working remotely from Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical candidates across the Indian market.
• Conduct thorough interviews and candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with managers to define and meet staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of technical talent.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in PAN India staffing.
• Proven track record in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and various technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Bangalore.

Education
