Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and R&D teams in India.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruiting activities from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment processes.
• Recommend and lead discussions regarding hiring strategies.
• Manage hiring manager and candidate experiences throughout the process.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Deep understanding of Engineering and R&D hiring processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience implementing and recommending hiring strategies.
• Ability to reduce agency costs and drive tool adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
