Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of technical recruiting for the US staffing industry, sourcing and hiring US-based talent.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle technical queries and facilitate interviews to ensure candidate quality.
• Manage the closing process and maintain candidate engagement through their joining date.
• Utilize job boards and social media platforms to identify and engage US-based talent.

Required Skills

• 1 to 6 years of IT technical recruiting experience within the US staffing industry.
• Proven experience recruiting US candidates on W2 and C2C models.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, or CATSone.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, and Indeed.com for sourcing.
• Experience with social media recruiting via LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work the 8pm to 5:30am IST shift.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
