Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for USA-based operations roles, ranging from junior to senior levels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting cycle from requisition receipt through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers as an expert advisor to define job requirements and selection processes.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commodities Management.
• Manage offer negotiations, finalize start dates, and lead all onboarding formalities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor codes, governmental regulations, and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commodities Management roles.
• Proficiency with Brassring/Kenexa and MyJobs systems.
• Direct sourcing expertise via social media and marketplace networking.
• Experience managing C2C and visa processing in partnership with immigration teams.
• Proven ability to implement diversity sourcing strategies and attend career fairs.
• Strong negotiation skills for extending and finalizing job offers.
• Ability to manage document tracking and compliance for local labor code adherence.
