Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
- Source candidates using diverse techniques beyond standard job portals.
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
- Execute niche hiring for SAP, Infrastructure, Oracle, and Cloud requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to fill technical roles for system integrators.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven track record in IT recruiting and full-cycle hiring.
- Experience recruiting for niche skills including SAP, Infra, Oracle, and Cloud.
- Background in technology recruitment specifically for system integrators.
- Ability to source candidates using varied methods outside of traditional portals.
- Strong communication skills for candidate and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience hiring for MS.NET, Power Platforms, SharePoint, O365, Dynamics 365, Azure, iOS, Android, or React roles.
