Manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment to meet placement targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute headhunting strategies to identify and approach passive candidates via databases and social media.
• Draft and place job advertisements across websites and social platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, candidate briefing, and feedback loops.
• Conduct reference checks and vet applicant suitability before client submission.
• Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed placement targets.
• Experience with candidate headhunting and database management.
• Proficiency in using social media for talent attraction and relationship building.
• Skilled in salary negotiation and candidate briefing.
• Ability to advise clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reviewing recruitment policies to improve selection techniques and program effectiveness.
