You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to hiring.
• Communicate directly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage recruitment activities to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Proven experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting.
• Strong recruitment management and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within the IT industry.
