You manage the full recruitment lifecycle to support technical and engineering staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and account managers to qualify job requirements and assess applicant qualifications.
• Source, vet, and place qualified temporary talent to fulfill client contract requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews nationwide via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage the end-to-end application, screening, and hiring process within required timeframes.
• Build sales prospect pipelines and maintain strong professional relationships with business leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Proven ability in sourcing and vetting candidates for technical verticals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple job orders.
• Ability to work in an in-office setting in Billerica, MA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamwork collaboration tools.
