Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial sourcing to final placement.
• Handle and process candidate profile feedback throughout the hiring workflow.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry.
• Deep knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruiting workflows.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Experience managing candidate profile feedback loops effectively.
• Proficiency in database management for candidate tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
