You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in the domestic IT market.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Handle client relationships and vendor coordination.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Guidewire, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience recruiting for Cloud-based technologies.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or IT.
• Effective communication skills for client handling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical hiring metrics and pipeline management.
