Description

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical talent in Columbus, Ohio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build a pool of skilled technical candidates using databases, internet resources, and networking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from initial sourcing through post-placement follow-up.
• Screen and interview potential candidates using established recruiting methodologies.
• Engage in networking events to identify talent and maintain industry connections.
• Collaborate with peers to refine recruiting best practices and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly through strategic thinking.
• A disposition for sales or a strong interest in the sales and recruiting process.

Preferred Skills

• Background in staffing or sales.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Bachelor's degree.
