Description

Own full-cycle recruitment for Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure sales roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via online channels, social media, job boards, and internal referrals.
• Screen resumes, manage application forms, and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Design job descriptions and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and deliver qualified shortlists.
• Prepare recruitment tests and distribute employment activity reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR recruiting.
• Proven track record hiring for Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Proficiency in Human Resource Management.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
