Manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment for USA staffing markets in a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and conducting technical interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates via effective, consistent communication.
• Negotiate terms and handle candidate selection methods independently.
• Manage a wide range of concurrent recruitment tasks efficiently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Specific expertise in USA staffing markets.
• Proven understanding of technical recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Strong negotiation skills.
