Description

Lead technical recruitment efforts and define hiring strategies for product and engineering teams in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute end-to-end hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Talent Acquisition function.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent branding.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for applicant tracking systems, background checks, and advertising.
• Drive operational standards and data management within the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven expertise in recruiting Software Engineers, QA, SDETs, and Data Engineers.
• Experience hiring Product Managers, SREs, DevOps, and Build-Release Engineers.
• Experience recruiting Engineering Managers.
• Direct sourcing expertise and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing competency-based recruiting programs and executive recruiting.
• Knowledge of technical environments including GitHub.
• Bachelor's degree.
