• Shift - UK Shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST) 
• Working Model - 5 Days WFO/ (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
• Location – Indore, MP
• Office Address - LanceSoft India Pvt. Ltd, 301 Airen Heights PU III Scheme No. 54, Indore - 452010 Opp. C 21 Mall..

Roles & responsibilities - 

• Understand the Job description given by the client for requirement
• Identify and Search IT Professionals like Software Developers, Python, Java, Dot.Net Developers, IT Administrator, DevOps Engineer etc in the UK Market through different sources.
• Search potential candidates from various Job boards (Ceipal / Monster/ LinkedIn etc.) 
• Screen resumes and checks their fitment for the given requirement via call.
• Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet client needs.
• Shortlist and interview candidates according to the Job requirement.
• Negotiate on Salary aspects and close the position.
• Submit the candidate details & resume to the client for further process 
• Set up interviews between the Client and the potential candidate
• Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent IT requirements.
• If selected deploy them to the client location. 
• Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

Qualifications-

• Must be at least a graduate (Any Bachelor's Degree, technical preferred).
• Must have Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Well Acquainted with AI and it's use in professional activities
