Description
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level technical positions onsite in Grapevine, TX.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including fire alarm technicians, VESDA system specialists, data cabling technicians, and fiber optic experts.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against specific client requirements.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, onsite visits, and the offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define and meet recruitment needs.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.
Preferred Skills
