Description
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level technical positions onsite in Grapevine, TX.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including fire alarm technicians, VESDA system specialists, data cabling technicians, and fiber optic experts.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for specialized trades.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against specific client requirements and job descriptions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and candidate databases to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, onsite visits, and the offer process while collaborating with hiring managers.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to handle high-volume hiring.
- Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.
- Experience defining and meeting recruitment needs with hiring managers.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates for technical and skilled trade roles.
- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end offer process.
