Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level technical positions onsite in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including fire alarm technicians, VESDA system specialists, data cabling technicians, and fiber optic experts.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for specialized trades.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against specific client requirements and job descriptions.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and candidate databases to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, onsite visits, and the offer process while collaborating with hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.
• Experience defining and meeting recruitment needs with hiring managers.
• Ability to screen and evaluate candidates for technical and skilled trade roles.
• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end offer process.

Preferred Skills
