You will own the technical recruiting lifecycle for US market IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for US IT positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and build relationships with prospects.
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates.
• Leverage job boards, ATS, and social media for sourcing.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Engineering Staffing.
• Expertise using LinkedIn for hiring.
• Experience working with MSP/System Integrator models.
• Familiarity with W2/C2C employment structures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience leveraging a strong vendor network.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP, or Oracle systems.
