Description

You will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical contracts and project opportunities, building a sustainable talent pipeline for upcoming awards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure technical talent through digital channels, networking, university partnerships, and in-person outreach.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including sourcing, skills analysis, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
• Utilize GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to reach qualified candidates.
• Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity and key metrics to the manager.
• Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes to support company growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically for IT roles.
• Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow for sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Deep understanding of IT terminology, tech stacks, and how various tools interrelate.
• Strong decision-making abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
