Description

Own the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle for product-based IT roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring support as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates for technical positions using various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for product-based roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
• Proven experience sourcing for product-based companies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday for recruitment operations.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience operating as an Individual Contributor (IC) in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced sourcing tools beyond standard job boards.
• Background in high-volume technical hiring.
