You manage the full lifecycle of technical hiring from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and actively manage recruitment pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Meet established hiring targets within required deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of previous recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and candidate databases.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education required.
