Description

You own the full-cycle technical recruitment process, sourcing candidates and driving hiring goals from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates to fill critical engineering and product roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and advocate for talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of hires against aggressive deadlines.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with internal teams and external networks to enhance productivity and talent quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support.
• Proven track record of delivering against assigned hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive efficiencies in the hiring process.
• Experience building and activating long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience recruiting for Product and Individual Contributor roles.
