Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process to procure IT talent.
• Collaborate with recruiting leads and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and implement action plans for strategic global hiring programs.
• Source potential candidates using niche IT-related platforms.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Strong networking and sourcing abilities using niche IT platforms.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a metrics-driven environment.
• Comfort with working night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Customer Care or Chat processes.
