Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for USA-based staffing requirements in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process through to making job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication.
• Handle negotiations and manage multiple recruitment tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Specific expertise in USA staffing.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
