Description

You will manage full-cycle technical recruiting for the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing sector, focusing on US Staffing W2 roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for cleared DOD candidates using multiple methodologies.
• Manage US staffing requirements for W2 roles with direct clients in MSP/VMS environments.
• Recruit specialized aerospace engineering and manufacturing positions, including Structural Analysis and Payload Design Engineers, Composite Technicians, Mechanics, Inspectors, and Material Coordinators.
• Navigate MSP and VMS workflows to fulfill specific client requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Direct experience in US Staffing recruiting for W2 roles.
• Proven background in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing recruitment.
• Knowledge of MSP and VMS workflows.
• Experience sourcing for cleared DOD candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools including LinkedIn and Monster.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in VLSI or Semiconductor industries.
