You will manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment for the IT departments.

Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source potential candidates using niche platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen IT resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Manage various interview formats and candidate workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of various technical stacks.
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and social media recruiting.
• Expertise in Boolean search strings.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Hands-on experience managing resume databases.
• Ability to screen specialized IT qualifications and technical skills.
