Description

You will manage full-cycle technical recruitment for US and Canada markets.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through professional networking sites, blogs, social media, and job portals including Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Conduct detailed technical screenings to evaluate candidates against specific IT requirements.
• Mentor and lead junior team members within the recruitment function.
• Manage candidate placement using various US and Canada tax terms and visa statuses.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in US and Canada recruitment.
• Hands-on expertise with T4, W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Deep understanding of US/Canada visa statuses.
• Proven technical screening skills for IT professionals.
• Proficiency in sourcing via Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong professional networking and social sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CEIPAL.
