You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical roles in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including creating job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, and placing offers.
• Source candidates through online job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networking.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
• Maintain a candidate database to ensure a steady pool of talent for future requirements.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience in Core IT hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and various online job portals.
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing, head hunting, and screening.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
