Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US clients.
• Partner with recruiting leads and hiring managers to execute strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop and implement action plans to source candidates that fit specific organizational needs.
• Source potential candidates using niche IT-related platforms.
• Conduct interviews, document findings, and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage IT requirements.
• Experience sourcing via niche IT platforms.
• Ability to conduct and document technical interviews.
• Experience working with hiring managers and recruiting leadership.
• Knowledge of current industry trends.
