Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Support the creation of job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Basic understanding of IT and technical roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with technical job boards beyond standard portals.
