You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through networking, job boards, and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements for each position.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and fit.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.

Required Skills
