Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions within the Canada recruitment team.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a high-volume portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity initiatives and creative techniques.
• Partner with Account Managers to source and attract qualified talent for clients.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to present matched candidates to clients.
• Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates by mapping skillsets and monitoring market trends.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume workload of 20-25 active requisitions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn recruitment portals, job boards, referrals, and pinpoint recruiting.
• Strong networking and candidate mapping abilities.
• Ability to quickly ramp up to full management of a recruitment portfolio.
• University degree.
