You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Telecom and IT positions.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire candidates specifically for Telecom and IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and alignment.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews and coordinate necessary assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, social media, and networking.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain compliance with hiring processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for Telecom and IT sectors.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and Network Engineers.
