Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related occupation.
- Proven experience managing staffing and requisition fulfillment processes.
- Ability to draft and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong background in candidate screening and selection methodologies.
- Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
- Associate's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
