Description

You will manage IT staffing and requisition fulfillment, bridging client needs with technical talent.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment strategies for IT technical positions.
• Capture detailed technical specifications from clients to ensure accurate role alignment.
• Execute the full screening and selection process for candidates.
• Interact with clients to draft and execute service contracts and agreements.
• Manage staffing and requisition fulfillment processes end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related occupation.
• Proven experience managing staffing and requisition fulfillment processes.
• Ability to draft and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong background in candidate screening and selection methodologies.
• Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
• Associate's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
