You will manage the full IT staffing and requisition fulfillment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment strategies for IT technical positions.
- Capture detailed technical specifications directly from clients.
- Execute the screening and selection process for candidates.
- Interact with clients to draft and execute service contracts and agreements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related occupation.
- Experience drafting and executing service contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end requisition fulfillment process.
- Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
- Associate's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
