You will manage the IT staffing and requisition fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment strategies for IT technical positions.
• Capture detailed technical specifications directly from clients.
• Execute the full screening and selection process for candidates.
• Interact with clients to draft and execute service contracts and agreements.

Required Skills

• Experience managing IT staffing and requisition fulfillment.
• Ability to draft recruitment strategies for technical roles.
• Experience in candidate screening and selection.
• Knowledge of drafting and executing service contracts.
• Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related occupation.

Education

• Associate's degree or any graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
