Description

Manage IT staffing, requisition fulfillment, and client contract execution for technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment strategies for IT positions.
• Capture detailed technical specifications directly from clients to define role requirements.
• Execute the full screening and selection process for technical candidates.
• Interact with clients to draft and execute service contracts and agreements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or a related occupation.
• Experience managing IT staffing and requisition fulfillment.
• Ability to draft recruitment strategies for technical roles.
• Experience in candidate screening and selection.
• Knowledge of drafting and executing service contracts.
• Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
