Description

You will manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle for IT service and direct client portfolios across the European region.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing through to offer management.
• Source high-caliber talent using LinkedIn Recruiter Power Search (RPS) and various online platforms.
• Execute phone screenings, coordinate interview scheduling, and participate in candidate selection.
• Draft job advertisements designed to attract qualified technical candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and account managers while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Search (RPS) for advanced sourcing.
• Experience using European sourcing portals including Xing Talent Manager, TotalJobs, JobUp, Pracuj, and EURES.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage workflows.
• Experience working with European markets and diverse cultural requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for relationship management.
• Any Graduate degree.
