Description

You will manage technical recruitment for US staffing markets, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates against technical requirements across diverse IT domains including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and QA.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, initial screening, and ongoing candidate engagement.
• Navigate and fulfill multiple role requirements under strict deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Communicate technical nuances, job expectations, and market insights clearly to US-based candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing as an IT/technical/engineering recruiter.
• Deep knowledge of US tax terms and engagement types: W2, C2C, 1099, full-time, and C2H.
• Proficiency in using major job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools to track and manage candidate pipelines.
• Ability to work US shifts effectively.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with US stakeholders.
