You will manage technical staffing requirements on an onsite basis in Noida.

You will execute technical staffing processes for various roles, specifically managing recruitment workflows for C2C and W2 requirements. You will coordinate with candidates to ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical staffing processes for various roles.
• Manage recruitment workflows specifically for C2C and W2 requirements.

• Work the 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST shift.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical staffing.
• Direct experience working with C2C and W2 contract models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven recruitment experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in any domain.
