Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT staffing roles across Mexico and LATAM markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, from requirement qualification to offer closing.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate transitions during onboarding.
• Qualify hiring requirements and align with stakeholder needs.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in Mexico or LATAM hiring.
• Proven expertise in the full recruiting lifecycle for IT staffing.
• Experience hiring for both contract and permanent positions.
• Proficiency with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required.
