Description

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical talent in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

• Build a pool of technical candidates using databases, internet resources, and networking.
• Act as the primary point of contact from initial sourcing through post-placement follow-up.
• Screen and interview potential candidates using established recruiting methodologies.
• Engage in networking events to source talent and build industry connections.
• Provide feedback to refine recruiting best practices and internal processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a recruiting or sales-focused role.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly through strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage candidate and client relationships throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Skills

• Background in staffing or sales.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Bachelor's degree.
